The Plain-English TL;DR

Our 3-point privacy commitment:

  • Weekly-brief emails and free-clinic requests are separate choices. We use each only for the purpose you select.
  • We never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers.
  • You can unsubscribe from the weekly brief at any time, and you can ask us to delete a clinic request.

Privacy Policy

Short version: the weekly email and free consultation are separate choices. We use the information you provide for the purpose you chose, do not sell or rent it, and honor unsubscribe and reasonable deletion requests.

Information we collect

Weekly Brief: When you subscribe, the form and its WordPress form-entry system collect your email address, submission time, and technical information needed to process the form and prevent abuse.

Free AI consultation: When you request a clinic, we collect your name, email, business name if supplied, business type, team size, scheduling preference, workflow description, what you have tried, and a record of the permissions you selected.

Site use: Hosting, security, and analytics systems may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser, device, requested page, referrer, and event timing. We use this to operate, protect, and understand the site—not to build a dossier about an individual owner.

How we use it

  • Send the weekly email only when you choose the email subscription.
  • Reply, arrange, conduct, and follow up on a consultation when you request one.
  • Use anonymous, combined clinic patterns for editorial learning only when you select that separate optional permission.
  • Send a promised workflow card or respond to a correction, privacy, or contact request.
  • Secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the site and forms.
  • Keep consent, suppression, and operational records needed to respect your choices and legal obligations.

Requesting a consultation does not automatically subscribe you to the Weekly Brief or grant editorial-learning permission. Both checkboxes are separate and initially unchecked.

What not to send

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, customer or patient records, payment-card information, government identifiers, confidential legal material, or other sensitive data. Describe the workflow without including the underlying private records.

Service providers and sharing

WordPress, our hosting provider, form and email-delivery components, spam and security systems, and privacy-conscious analytics may process data to provide their services. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the site, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not give consultation details to AI vendors for marketing.

Retention

We keep newsletter and suppression records for as long as needed to provide the subscription and honor opt-out choices. Consultation requests and working notes are reviewed periodically and retained only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, follow-up, permissioned anonymous aggregate learning, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Backups and provider logs may persist for their normal rotation periods.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through an email link or ask us to stop. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Email contact@ainewssimplified.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies and external links

The site and its providers may use cookies or similar storage needed for forms, security, preferences, and measurement. Links to outside sources have their own privacy practices. We do not control those sites.

Children and changes

This business publication is not directed to children. We may revise this policy as the site or its providers change; the updated date above shows the current version.
